Become a Wholesale Partner

Thank you for your interest in partnering with SREADART. We offer high-quality products at competitive wholesale prices to retailers, boutiques, and other businesses. Below you will find our wholesale terms and conditions.

Who Can Apply for Wholesale?

We welcome applications from:

      • Retail stores (physical or online)

      • Boutiques and gift shops

      • Event organizers and corporate buyers

      • Other legitimate businesses that plan to resell our products

    We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.

    How to Apply for a Wholesale Account

    Step 1: Fill out our wholesale application form (Please Click button Apply for Whosale price  on each product page) or email us at [email protected] with:

        • Business name and address

        • Resale certificate or business license (if applicable)

        • Brief description of your sales channel (e.g., physical store, e-commerce site, marketplace)

        • Estimated monthly order volume

      Step 2: We will review your application within 2-3 business days.

      Step 3: Once approved, you will receive a wholesale account login and access to our wholesale price list.

      Wholesale Pricing & Discount Tiers

      Please log in to your wholesale account for wholesale price.

      Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

          • First order: [50] units minimum (can be mixed across products)

        If you need a lower MOQ for a trial order, please contact us – we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.

        Product Mixing

        You may mix different products (SKUs) within the same order to reach the minimum quantity, subject to availability. Some specialty items may have their own MOQ – this will be noted in the wholesale price list.

        Payment Terms

            • Payment methods: We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), and bank wire transfer.

            • Payment due: Full payment is required before we process your order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

            • Net terms: For established wholesale customers with consistent order history, net 30 days may be offered upon approval. Please inquire.

          Order Processing & Lead Time

              • Processing time: 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

              • Shipping time: 7-25 business days depending on destination (international).

              • Rush orders: Extra fees may apply. Contact us for expedited shipping options.

            All orders are shipped via reliable carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL, USPS, or local postal services). Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

            Shipping Costs

            Wholesale customers pay actual shipping charges based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. we will include it in your invoice. For large volume orders, we can arrange freight shipping and provide a separate quote.

            Returns & Refunds

            We take quality seriously. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

                • Notify us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

                • We will replace the affected items or issue a credit toward your next order. Refunds are generally not offered for wholesale orders, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

                • Non-returnable items: Products damaged by misuse, normal wear and tear, or returns without prior approval.

              Unsold merchandise cannot be returned for a refund – please order samples first to assess product quality.

              Private Label & Custom Branding

              Interested in putting your own logo on our products? We offer private label and custom packaging for qualified wholesale partners. Minimum quantities and additional fees apply. Please email us at [email protected] with your requirements.

              Resale Restrictions

              As a wholesale partner, you may not:

                  • Sell our products on unauthorized marketplaces (e.g., AliExpress, Temu, or similar platforms) without our written permission.

                  • Modify or rebrand products in a way that misrepresents the original brand.

                  • Sell our products at a price below our minimum advertised price (MAP), if established.

                Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your wholesale account.
