Orders & Payment

Q: Do you sell retail or only wholesale?

A: We support both retail and wholesale orders. Handmade lovers, small shop owners, and crafters can all order directly from our website.

· Retail: No minimum order quantity, single items available.
· Wholesale: Minimum order is 50 pieces,Mixed wholesale is allowed ( Mix any items to reach 50+ pieces). Contact us for larger bulk quotes.

Q: How do I get wholesale pricing?

A: Please email us at [email protected] or click the “Request Wholesale” button on the page to submit your email address and other relevant information to apply for a wholesale membership.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. For large wholesale orders, bank transfer (T/T) is also available. All transactions are SSL encrypted and secure.

 

Shipping & Customs

Q: How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?

A: Shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination. We offer standard international airmail (7–21 business days) and express shipping (3–45 business days). 

.For retail order: Free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD (most countries). Exact rates are shown at checkout.

.For wholesale order: The unit price displayed online does not include shipping costs or import duties.‌ Buyers can freely choose their preferred shipping method, and we will charge the actual freight based on the final package weight after the order is confirmed. We can also provide ‌FOB or CNF pricing‌ upon your request. Please note that tariffs and additional fees vary by destination country and cannot be calculated in advance — these charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid as they occur.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once shipped. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. If your package is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help track it.

Q: Who pays for customs duties and taxes?

A: Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

 

Products & Materials

Q: Are the phone lanyards compatible with all phone cases?

A: Yes, our lanyards come with a universal adhesive tab / charging port insert that works with most phone cases (iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, etc.). Some styles also have a loop that fits through case lanyard holes. The bead lanyard pendants are strong and durable for everyday use.

Q: Can I buy individual beads, cords, or findings separately?

A: Yes! We offer a wide range of loose beads, leather/cotton cord, lobster clasps, crimp beads, and other findings by piece or by pack. Check our “DIY Components” category.

 

Wholesale & Custom Orders

Q: Do you offer custom / OEM service (logo printed lanyards, custom beaded sets)?

A: Yes! We provide custom design for phone lanyards (logo, colors, packaging), beaded jewelry, and DIY kits. Minimum order quantity depends on complexity (usually 50-100 pieces). 

Q: What is the minimum wholesale order? Can I mix different products?

A: Yes, small wholesale allows mixed items (phone lanyards + beaded jewelry + DIY kits) as long as the total quantity reaches 50+ pieces. For single-style MOQ, see the tiered discount chart on each product page. For custom mixed packs, please send e-mail to us. [email protected]

 

Returns & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return window from delivery.

· Unused, unwashed, original packaging required.
· Buyer pays return shipping for personal reasons (color/style change).
· For quality issues (broken beads, defective lanyards, missing parts), contact us within 7 days with photos/videos – we will replace or refund fully, including shipping costs.
Note: For hygiene reasons, opened earring findings, loose cords/glue cannot be returned.

Q: What if my package is lost or stuck in transit?

A: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office first. If confirmed lost, contact us within 24 hours. We will file an investigation and either resend the order or issue a full refund.

Q: How can I contact customer support?

A: Email us at [email protected]. For wholesale or custom orders, please mark the subject “Wholesale Inquiry”. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays.

Q: Do DIY kits come with digital instructions or videos?

A: Yes. Every DIY kit includes a PDF guide download link or a QR code to video tutorials (English subtitles available). If you cannot find the tutorial, just ask us – we also send free craft inspiration emails to subscribers.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Within one hour of ordering, and if the order has not entered packing stage, we can cancel or modify it for free. After that, changes may not be possible. Please double-check your cart before checkout.

Q: Do you have a loyalty program or coupons?

A: Yes. New subscribers get a 10% off first order coupon. Registered members earn points (1 point = $0.05 on future orders). Follow our social media for flash sales and seasonal discounts.
